At Chill Steel Pipes, we stand behind the durability of our stainless steel vacuum-insulated gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused Chill Steel Pipe and accessories in the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
