How long does the Chill Steel Pipe keep water cold?
Our double-wall vacuum-insulated construction works just like a high-end reusable water bottle, keeping your water ice-cold for up to 12 hours.
Is the interior of the pipe easy to clean?
Yes. The interior features a ceramic coating that prevents metallic tastes and makes cleaning effortless. You can use standard cleaning solutions or simply soap and warm water.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.
Does the Chill Steel Pipe come with a warranty?
Every Chill Steel Pipe includes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers the vacuum seal and structural integrity of the stainless steel.
Is the base compatible with other glass pieces?
Our modular design uses a standard threading system that is compatible with all official Chill Steel Pipes accessories, including different neckpieces and percolators.
